This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work in Lyvicar, operated by 9499-4852 Québec inc.
1. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged.
2. Billing
Once the trial ends, the service is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each payment covers a one-month service period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next month’s renewal. The service remains active until the end of the period you already paid.
4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for periods already paid. Upon cancellation, you keep access to the service until the end of the current month, but unused time in that period is not refunded.
5. Exceptions
If you believe there was an incorrect charge or a billing error, contact us at info@lyvico.com within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.
